The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days (there might be delays due bank holidays, black friday etc, so delivery times might be longer than usual).


Orders placed after 16:00 noon can not be guaranteed to be shippeed same day.

  • Pick up - free of charge, the goods can be picked up at our local store (Bilderdijkstraat 213 - 215bg 1053KT Amsterdam). We will make it ready within 1h.

Dear international customers, YES, we do ship worldwide!
To do so, we must calculate shipping costs individually for some orders. 
Please contact us, and we will get back to you asap to inform you of the shipping costs and delivery time.

General Info: The shipping company is responsible for the speed of delivery; we are not able to speed this up. The delivery times given on our page and by us are average values and serve as a guideline. As soon as the package leaves our Warehouse we hand over the responsibility for it to the respective service provider.

Delivery missed or/and parcel not picked up from a pickup point: Please make sure you pick up your parcel from the delivery pickup point in time. If you won't be able to do so, ordered items will be disposed of.

Return policy: Merchandise in an unsoiled, unworn condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund(customer shipping date to be used). Merchandise may be returned within 8 - 14 days of receipt for the customer's credit(customer delivery date to be used). For items bought in our local store in Amsterdam, there is no money refund, but a credit to use in the shop.

Please note that we can only refund the returned goods with a verifiable material defect. This means the item is either defective or it is not the item you have ordered. Furthermore, please be aware that we only accept returns if the items are in impeccable condition. This means that all items can be returned to us as long as they are in the exact same brand-new sealed condition as they were when they arrived with you. This policy excludes products for which service or return is not handled directly by us.

Some returns need to be handled directly by the respective companies or partners themselves. This ensures the fastest and best possible technical support and troubleshooting should an issue arise.

Payment costs as credit card, paypal & klarna costs won't be refunded.

Pickups in our local store: Please make sure to pick up your order within 30 days from the purchase date. If your order won't be picked up in time, it will be disposed of.
